Please have your time, date, and ceremony location confirmed with your ceremony venue operator. This will allow me to confirm my availability

I will book an obligation-free appointment, at a time and place convenient to you.

​

Should you decide you would like me to officiate your ceremony, a non-refundable deposit of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) will be payable, which will be deducted from my final fee. â€‹

​

 The balance is payable in full no less than two weeks before your scheduled ceremony is to take place.

Any cancellation after the invoice has been paid in full is not refundable.

Signing a ceremony agreement, will secure your booking with Golden Eagle Celebrations

​

​Once you have secured your booking with Golden Eagle Celebrations.

​You will receive an information pack particular to your ceremony to enjoy at your leisure.

It will contain  information about how to include others in your ceremony and a general guide to creating a ceremony.

It will also include song, music, verse, poetry, blessings and ritual information. As well as a copy of your signed ceremony agreement, invoice, receipt for money paid , and my contact and banking details.

My business hours are 9AM to 8PM Monday to Friday, and by arrangement on weekends subject to my working commitments.​

​If I am not available to take your call immediately please leave a message and I will contact you as soon as I am able.

​

​You have the right to edit or change any part of the script before signing off on the final draft to be presented to your family and friends at your ceremony.

​

The final transcript of your ceremony will be completed and signed off on no less than three days before your ceremony is scheduled.

​

If you request a rehearsal, I am happy to accommodate your request and it will take place no less than three days before your ceremony is scheduled at your secured ceremony venue.

​

This is the perfect time for you to deliver to me any props with the exception of wildlife, butterflies,

birds, fresh flowers etc. needed to perform your chosen ceremony.

Leaving you time to complete any last minute details, with the peace of mind in knowing your ceremony is being taken care of.

On the day of your ceremony I will arrive one hour before your ceremony is scheduled to begin, and set up the ceremony site in a timely manner, to receive your guests.

​

After your ceremony you will receive a complementary copy of your ceremony.

​

​Please note my PA system is only for use in the ceremony, if you require a sound system for your celebrations please make separate arrangements.

​​

After your ceremony I will send you a feedback form and appreciate you taking a couple of minutes to complete and return. This will assist me in maintaining an excellent standard​ of service.

​

I will also include an optional consent form allowing me to use images of your ceremony which may or may not include images of myself and use quotes from your feedback form in my future marketing and promoting of my business.

     Services Include:

  • Obligation free first meeting

  • Phone and / or Email consultations, throughout the creative process.

  • Access to resources for Music, Poetry, Blessings, Rituals, Readings, and Verses.

  • Creation, preparation and delivery of your ceremony

  • Rehearsal at ceremony venue

  • All legal paper work completed and lodged in a timely manner

  • Registration of marriage with the Registry of Births, Deaths, and Marriages

  • Ordering official Marriage Certificate (upon request)

  • Complimentary copy of Ceremony Transcript

  • Use of high quality PA system.
