WEDDINGS
Please have your time, date and ceremony location confirmed with your ceremony venue operator. This will allow me to confirm my availability

I will book an obligation-free appointment, at a time and place convenient to you.
​
Should you decide you would like me to officiate your ceremony, a non-refundable deposit of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) will be payable, which will be deducted from my final fee.
​Signing a ceremony agreement will secure your booking with Golden Eagle Celebrations.
​
Both parties are required by law to complete a Notice of Intention to Marry document. This will require parties to provide identification such as a birth certificate, or passport, and photo ID.
​
If both or either parties have been married previously, you will need to have your divorce documentation or the death certificate of your former spouse.
If possible, it is preferred you both bring all these documents to our first meeting.
​
The Notice of Intention to Marry is a time-sensitive document, and can be filled out no longer than eighteen months before and no less than one month before the intended date of marriage.
​
If for some reason you are experiencing extenuating circumstances please speak to me about them, if you fulfill the strict guidelines, I will be happy to support your request for a Shortening of Time Application.
​
You will both be given a happily ever after brochure containing relationship counselling resources.
You will also receive a relationship counselling guide brochure containing local resources, internet organisations, and recommended reading guidelines.
These resources are an initiative of the Commonwealth Attorney Generals' department and I am required by law to distribute them to you both.
​​There are words which must be spoken before I am able to solemnise your marriage, these words will be written into your ceremony.
​
You will be given an information pack containing many resources for you to enjoy at your leisure
It will contain information about how to include others in your ceremony and a general guide to creating your wedding ceremony.
It will also include suggestions of song, music, poetry, verses, prayers, blessings and ritual information as well as a copy of your ceremony agreement, invoice, receipt for money paid, my contact and banking details.

​​My business hours are from 9am till 8pm Monday to Friday and by arrangement, on weekends subject to my working commitments.
If I am not available to take your enquiry, please leave a message and I will contact you as soon as I am able.

You have the right to edit and change any part of the script before signing off on the final draft to be presented to family and friends at your ceremony.
​
A full rehearsal will be scheduled at your ceremony venue no less than three days before your ceremony is to take place.
It is at your rehearsal that you will sign your No Impediment to Marriage document.
​
This is an excellent time for you to deliver any props, with the exception of live stock such as butterflies or birds, fresh flowers etc. that are needed to perform your ceremony.
​
I am also required by law to speak you both separately, before your wedding is able to take place.
​​
Please always remember when completing your legal documents and obligations that they are required by law and providing false or mis-leading information is an offence.
​
If, for any reason, you are unable to produce your documentation, please speak to me about it.
A marriage can only take place following the completion of your legal obligations.
​
After your rehearsal you will have a couple of days to attend your last-minute preparations in
the comfort of knowing that your legalities and ceremony content are taken care of.
​
On the day of your ceremony I will arrive one hour before the ceremony is due to commence.
I will set up your ceremony site in a timely manner for your guests to be received.

Please note my PA system is for use only during your ceremony. If you require a sound system for your reception please make separate arrangements.​
​
After your wedding ceremony, I will send you a feedback form and appreciate you taking a couple of minutes to complete and return. ​This will assist me in maintaining an excellent standard of service.
​
I will also provide an optional consent form allowing me to use images of your ceremony which may or may not include images of myself, and use quotes from your feedback form in any future marketing and promotion of my business.
